About the Store

Products and Information
Read the product description, selected color, material, dimensions and care information before purchasing. Product images illustrate the selected design; screen settings may affect color appearance. Bird doorstops are indoor home accessories, not toys. No suitability for every door, fire doors or automatic door closers is promised.
Prices and Order Totals
All prices and charges are displayed in USD. The checkout summary shows the items, quantities, unit prices, line totals, subtotal, shipping, tax and total for your review. Standard shipping is free. Checkout displays tax of $0.00 without representing that the products are legally tax-exempt.
Payment Authorization
When you submit a payment, you authorize payment of the displayed total using the payment method you are entitled to use. A payment attempt or authorization is not, by itself, confirmation that an order has been accepted. The payment result and any order acceptance communication should be reviewed separately. If a payment fails or is unclear, contact support with the relevant transaction information; do not email card credentials.
Orders and Acceptance
Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information, and review your selection before submitting a purchase. An order becomes accepted when we communicate acceptance to you. An acknowledgement of a request or payment authorization alone does not establish acceptance. These terms do not create additional cancellation restrictions or reduce any rights provided by applicable law.
Delivery
Delivery is available only to physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C., excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit at 3–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. The fixed daily cutoff is 7:00 PM GMT−06:00, without daylight saving adjustment. See our Shipping Policy for business-day calculation and address details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact support for authorization before sending a return to our address in France. We pay return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; customers pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. After receipt, inspection and refund approval, funds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Website Use and Content
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. Store branding, images and written content are provided for browsing and shopping; their display does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially. Third-party rights, where applicable, remain with their respective owners.
