Who We Are
This policy explains how xenkonpark, trading as Xenkonpark, handles personal information in connection with xenkonpark.shop. Our address is 26 Rue Des Aqueducs, 69005 Lyon, France. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information You Provide
Depending on your interaction with the store, information may include your name, contact email, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, company name if supplied, order and product details, payment-related transaction information, and the contents of customer service or return enquiries. Payment services may handle payment credentials as necessary to process an authorized transaction. Please do not send card numbers or security codes in customer service messages.
How Information Is Used
We use relevant information to provide requested services, process and fulfill orders and payments, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, handle returns and refunds, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store, or consent where required.
Service Providers and Partners
We may share information with trusted service providers, such as payment processors, delivery companies, hosting providers and customer support providers, as necessary to fulfill orders, process payments or provide other requested services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use marketing tracking or analytics tools on this website.
Browser Storage
The website uses local storage in your browser to remember shopping cart items and quantities between visits. This is browser storage rather than an advertising cookie. You can empty the cart using the store controls or remove site storage through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for further details.
Retention and International Handling
Information is kept as needed for the purposes described here and to meet applicable legal requirements. The period depends on the information and the relevant purpose; no single fixed period applies to every interaction. Because our business is based in France and serves U.S. customers, information may be handled in different countries in connection with the requested services. Any legally required protections for international transfers must apply.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. Where applicable, you may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Review the policy available on this page when using the store. Contact xenkonpark at [email protected] or 26 Rue Des Aqueducs, 69005 Lyon, France for privacy matters.
