Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We ship to physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Please check that your delivery address is within the supported area before placing an order.

Shipping Cost and Currency

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Prices and order totals are in U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout displays a tax amount of $0.00; this is not a statement that the products are legally tax-exempt.

Handling Time

Estimated handling time is 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00, Central Standard Time, throughout the year. This fixed offset does not move with daylight saving time in Chicago. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter that day’s handling schedule. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends or excluded holidays begin handling on the next business day.

Transit and Total Delivery Estimate

Estimated transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Adding handling and transit gives an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 business days, calculated from the applicable handling start. Handling and transit are separate stages. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates; circumstances affecting transport may cause delays.
